Florida currently does not accept out-of-state medical marijuana cards, but citizens eligible to apply for a medical marijuana card in Florida if they have lived in the state for more than 31 days may apply for a registry card if they are seasonal residents.
Your health insurance won't pay for your medical marijuana or the state's associated fees. Depending on your insurance plan, it will cover the costs of your appointment with our mental health professionals. Reducing your out-of-pocket expense for your Green Light Clinix Appointment.
Effective February 2022, all Florida State Resident applicants using a linked DMV ID will have their license application approved instantly. Seasonal Residents and Retired Law Enforcement, Parole Officers, and other applicants with redacted addresses may experience a 5-10 day delay in processing their applications.
